​St.Clair Coatings uses a 20 X 10 walk-in oven and over two hundred and fifty feet of overhead conveyor system capable of holding parts up to five hundred pounds.  We can Powder Coat parts up to  35 feet long.

sandblasting service:

​Sandblasting the surface of your material prior to the powder coat provides an

excellent surface for the powder coating to adhere to. Blasting also increases the adhesion and durability of the finish.  Our blast system uses environmentally safe medias to remove the old finish, metal oxides or manufacturing by-products that remain on the metal to prep the surface for a long lasting, durable coating. We do not use silica sand in any of our processes.
